Chris Schultz

Chris Schultz is the President & Managing Partner of Satori Solutions and functions as the technical lead for Satori’s Support & Project Implementation services. With an IT background spanning 20 years, Chris has developed expertise in Business Process Consulting & Automation utilizing various databases, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, Unified Messaging, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Network Fax Server solutions. His experience with OpenText (formerly Captaris) products including RightFax and Alchemy began in 1996, and he’s considered one of the foremost business & technical authorities on these products in North America today.

Shannon Schultz

Shannon Schultz is the Business and Operations Manager for Satori Solutions. Her duties include the management and tracking of Maintenance and Support Contracts for our entire customer base. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a Marketing emphasis, and over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, including Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Sales.

Shelby Smith

Shelby Smith is the Customer Account Manager for Satori Solutions, handling ongoing customer relationships, customer communications and new sales opportunities. Shelby has over 20 years of experience in the sales / technology industry representing products such as DigiBoard, AVT, Captaris, SagemCom and OpenText. Shelby also has extensive experience in cultivating Referral Partnerships with various top level MFP and VoIP industry partners. Shelby has been with Satori for over 5 years.

Patrick Scheeler

Patrick’s extensive 20-year background in the technology / telecom industry includes work as a Systems Admin at IBM for 6 years, followed by a position in Windows XP Support at Microsoft for nearly 3 years. More recently, Patrick was employed at OpenText (formerly Captaris) for 3 years as a Senior Tier III Technical Support Engineer. Patrick has worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for Satori Solutions for the past 4 years, providing installation, design and technical support for Satori’s Rightfax, Alchemy and XMediusFAX customers.

Steve Runkel

Steve Runkel is Satori’s National Business Development Director and supports the Alliance Partnership program for our new customer and expanding solutions customer base. Steve has been involved for 25+ years in numerous technology-centric companies including the founding of a quasi-public subscription based, client-server software services company – an early emergent in HR web services. Steve has extensive experience creating customized CRM, financial and asset management solutions and creating interactive telephony and LAN wireless integration solutions. Steve’s experience includes director and officer level employment within government, an institutional organization and a Fortune 200 corporation, as well as start-up and small business operations, always utilizing leading-edge technology solutions to improve the business model. He is highly-skilled at optimizing business processes and solutions designed to benefit Satori customers and their stakeholders.

James Hafer

James started working in the computer industry just a few months before the Apple II was first brought to market. In the 30+ years since that time, he has compiled an impressive track record, having worked at Ingram Micro, C. Itoh Electronics, UBS, Genicom, NewGen Systems, Calcomp, Simple Technology, Mercury Interactive, and Newmerix Corp. His roles have included Software Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Windows/Unix/Linux Systems Administrator, Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, Senior Tier III Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Manager, IT Manager, and IT Director. In recent years his primary focus has been the implementation of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solutions which integrate the management and monitoring of Enterprise IT systems and services into a unified multi-dashboard portal designed to help IT organizations meet and exceed defined Service Level Agreements, within an ITIL-aligned framework supporting continuous process improvement. Charlie Borowsky

Charlie began his IT career at ITT Technical Institute as a Teacher’s Assistant and General IT Support. After receiving a taste of real IT work he moved to Captaris / OpenText as a Technical Support Engineer for the RightFax product line where the topics covered in school were put into practice. A year later he moved into Captaris / OpenText Workflow Team to assist the transfer of roles from the Calgary office to the Tucson office while building general programming skills and product knowledge. After a year on the OpenText Workflow Team, Charlie moved back to the OpenText RightFax Team to be later transitioned to the 2nd shift for the APAC and NA regions. He acted as an escalation point for EU and APAC customers and partners while supporting the NA Standard and VIP queues, as well as the elevated and dedicated Partner Help Desk queue.  Charlie is fully certified and well versed in RightFax 9.3, 9.4 and 10, with a specialty focus on T.38 Fax over IP (FoIP) and the OpenText Fax Gateways.  He has developed training materials, authored technical articles, and performed functions of a Technical Lead for the night shift.
