The Satori Standard Support Plan includes unlimited access to Satori Solutions Technical Support during business hours via phone or email. The Standard Support Plan also includes access to Major Software Upgrades, Feature Packs, Service Releases, Knowledge Center Articles & Documentation online through OpenText’s Knowledge Center web portal.

Satori Solutions Premium Support

The Satori Solutions Premium Support Plan is our preferred plan for RightFax support, Dialogic support, and Brooktrout support, and includes unlimited access to Satori Solutions Technical Support during business hours via phone, email, and Satori Remote Assist™ via the internet. When purchased in addition to the base Satori Standard Support Plan, the Premium Support Plan includes access to Major Software Upgrades, Service Releases, Knowledgebase Articles & Documentation online through OpenText’s Knowledge Center web portal.

This option is essential when your issue needs to be identified, isolated and resolved even more quickly than usual, and provides for greater uptime, thanks to even more readily available support infrastructure on our part.

Satori Remote Assist™ Services are also available for application of any available Maintenance Feature Packs, Service Packs and Service Releases during the course of your contract at no additional charge.

Satori Solutions Premium Support also includes a Satori Remote Assist™ Annual System Audit and Best Practices Review at no additional charge to help your staff keep your system running at peak performance.

The Satori Solutions Extended 24×7 Support Plan is designed for clients with mission-critical applications that require access to Satori Solutions Technical Support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition to phone and email support, the Extended 24×7 Support Plan includes Satori Remote Assist™ Services at no additional charge for when you need to identify, isolate and resolve your problem quickly and accurately – no matter what time of the day or night it is.

On-site support is billed in half-day and full-day increments and Satori Remote Assist support is billed in one-hour increments.
